Mining Museum of Lousal

We are carrying out an intervention in several models of Mining Mills of the nineteenth century, which originally belonged to the Royal Academy of Mines Freiberg, Germany - and had as function support the training of professionals in Germany and Portugal. Currently they are part of the estate of the Lousal Mining Museum, located in Grândola. The intervention aims at the physical and chemical stabilization, the functional and aesthetic recovery of the models of the mills.

Condes de Basto Palace | reorganization of storage

As part of the policy of safeguarding and preserving the historical heritage of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, we began in the last quarter of 2022 a process of reorganization of the the Condes de Basto Palace, which will last until 2023. This action aims at an optimization of the current spaces and a reorganization of the objects, according to the different typologies and relations assumed in the different collections.

Roller Skate Portuguese Federation

13 March 2022

In partnership with the company Unveil, Água de Cal will carry out throughout 2023 a project that aims to create the museum of the Roller Skate Portuguese Federation. We will intervene in the areas of conservation-restoration and museology. 

Condes de Basto Palace | Fundação Eugénio de Almeida

In 2023 we will continue the project of environmental monitoring of the museological spaces existing in páteo de S. Miguel, and the maintenance of the objects that constitute the Foundation collection. The project has started in 2016 and since then we have intervened in 499 objects and collected environmental data from 78 months.
